If no Service Level Agreement is implemented and work is done on an "ad-hoc" basis

AMNet charges an hourly rate of R250.00 with a R150-00 call out fee excluding V.A.T.

The minimum charge for a call out is 1 hour, or part thereof, for on-site support and 15 minutes for remote admin and/or telephonic support.

Invoicing occurs once work has been completed and payment is on a C.O.D. Basis.


If a Service Level Agreement is implemented

A fixed number of hours per week are recommended to maintain and do preventative as well as troubleshooting on all aspects. The fixed timeframe would need to be negotiated and decided upon according to your business requirements. Any additional hours can be added as needed.

Minimum charge is 1 hour or part there of for on-site support, and 15 minutes for remote administration and/or telephonic support.

AMNet shall invoice the monthly rate at the end of each calendar month and the client shall provide payment to the supplier on presentation of the invoice/statement at the end of the calendar month.
